Lever Architecture was the Design Architect, and Ankrom Moisan Architects was the Architect of RecordThis mass timber high-rise allowed us to refine how we created a Moisture Management Plan within a Specification.  This is tricky as it can blend into “Means and Methods” which resides with the General Contractor.  We engaged the entire contractor team, including mass timber manufacturers and installers to go through several rounds of specification edits as a group to figure out a practical way to get to the end result we all wanted, which is mass timber without “damage” as defined by the specification.
