PSU UNIVERSITY POINTE

Brick veneer, metal panel, curtain wall, vinyl windows and doors, and  durability are the pallette of this fairly timeless enclosure.  Bioswales against the building, a porte cochere on top of the garage under the building open to exterior on one side all created opportunities for the enclosure.  The only construction crane in town at the time (2009), we were able to get great pricing and service from the Contractor team.  This student housin is built around  the law office in the Victorian home south side.
