The Design Architect, Line + from China explores many progressive ideas.  As Archtiect of Record, Ankrom tested each one with the Agencies, Constructability, and technical issues.  Addressing Peregrine Falcons and what geometry they can nest or roost on what a unique experience.  Submitting for Permit two phases earlier than typical created a process with various trades at various evolution points to create more opportunities for process communication.   Image credits to Line +.
