This large senior care facility with five levels of care was a significant addition to an existing large facility in San Francisco. What started out as multiple assemblies and cladding types ended up simplified to two cladding types. The vertical box corrugated metal panel made from EIFS fools the most seasoned professional when viewing it on the building due to it’s sharper corners and more reflective finish.
