ART TOWER

Prefabricated panels and mechanically attached brick made this enclosure a sequential challenge for air/water barrier continuity.  The goal was to not have labor on the exterior of the building above the ground floor.  Addressing seismic issues was simpler with mechanically attached thin masonry vs adhered masonry.
