EGWW - FEDERAL BUILDING

Thick precast panels were removed along with all interior and MEP systems from this dated building.  A new enclosure was installed.  SERA performed detailed sun shading and mechanical / lighting / enclosure studies to arm the Design Architect Jim Cutler BEFORE he started designing.  SERA was the Architect of Record.  My role was minor relating to the studies noted.
