DUBAI - CREEKSIDE

With dozens of buildings in this planned development in one project, each person received their own buildings with a charge to learn the vernacular of this place.  Cooling towers, rooftop trellis structures, window types, and other architypal effects created a different enclosure and aesthetic.  Parking was all below grade next to this waterway creating waterproofing opportunities.
