3RD + FERRY STREET DEVELOPMENT

Paul Falsetto is one of the most thoughtful Architects I’ve ever met.  This applies personally and professionally.  His attention to detail is rooted in the fact that he simply cares about the end result.  This fits well with his focus on Historic structures.  

NCLOSE is performing BECx  (Building Enclosure Commissioning Provider) services for this project and is acting as the Enclosure Consultant due to the project size.

Three unreinforced mass masonry buildings adjacent to each other are being joined into one “building” with a handsome addition of new construction.

The roof is one of the busiest roofs allowing a high level of coordination.  The human scale (internal and external) will feel welcoming and cozy as this is a series of retail spaces on the ground floor and a hotel on the second level.
