NCLOSE performed the first Adhered Masonry Seismic Testing in the World.  This presentation illustrated the code requirement for such testing, why it had not been done to date, the protocol created and now being considered for an ASTM Standard, and the results from the testing that apply to any project with this system.

Several process tools for Architects, Contractors, Owners to use have been created, evolved, and proven (measured) to save time, thus fee. 

This research identified several opportunities for the building enclosure to hep achieve various petals within the Living Building Challenge.

Every year, approximately 10 presentations are given at various companies and organizations.  Architecture firms, Contractors, Building Developers, Enclosure organizations (i.e. BEC or IIBEC), and industry organization events such as CSI symposiums.
