THE CASEY - CONDOMINIUMS

THE CASEY

Thin precast panels and aluminum windows in this stunning design created the most expensive units in town upon completion in the Pearl District of Portland.  Without a caldding that could make returns at openings, an art glass neighbor next to a site where piles were driven against the building, quarter block, top-down construction, and an underground river added up to a series of opportunities for the team.  Solar panels, eco roof, mechanical, and building maintenance equipment converged on one of the most intense roof designs in town.  As a “reflection” of the Bull’s Eye Art Glass retail adjacent, the south spin west edge has tall thin special IGUs that are backlit with Bull’s Eye Art Glass integrated.
