VISITACION VALLEY - MODULAR

Visitacion Valley is composed of 3 phases and 5 buildings over 3 blocks.  The overall development is much larger as shown in the first overall image.  The buildings are commercial and residential occupancies as a new transit-oriented mixed-use neighborhood.  Modular construction is a high priority on this project and working the enclosure opportunities with this scale and type of construction type is a wonderful opportunity.
