OKA Architects was the lead designer and Ankrom Moisan Architects was Architect of record for this high-profile stunning highrise next to Pike Street Market in Seattle. Overseas unitized curtain wall presented it’s own layer of opportunities for the enclosure. Image credits to OKA Architects. More of a historic podium on one side, against a neighbor on another, a bridge spanning a courtyard, glass on 5 sides of projecting bays, and a gradual color scheme lightening toward the top were all unique characteristics.
