Mason on Mariposa

Mason on Mariposa in San Francisco is composed of 3 buildings on a tight site. With 13 types of cladding on 3 types of core walls with 6 types of glazing systems with systems changing every 10 feet on average if not planes changing more frequently. This project required over 400 details and the design changed throughout the process. With zero lot line conditions, stepping site at grade, parking, stoops, balconies, mockups, and flooding during construction, this project was an opportunity for creative problem solving from start to finish.  Image credits to DBA.
